Whether travelers pass through the sacred Swayambhunath and Bouddhanath or the historic Durbar Squares, the Kathmandu Day Tour is a journey through its richness through time, spirituality, and the country’s identity.

Near Patan Durbar Square, we saw locals setting up decorations for a small festival. The bright colors and music made the area feel so lively. Kathmandu Durbar Square had huge palaces, and Boudhanath Stupa offered some calmness. Walking through the festival preparations added a cheerful surprise to the day. I loved the vibe!

I didn’t expect Kathmandu to have so much energy in its streets and yet so many peaceful spots. Patan felt like a hidden treasure with beautiful arts surrounding it. Walking around Boudhanath Stupa was calming, and I loved watching the locals spin the prayer wheels. I feel like I could stay there forever watching the local’s charm.

I took so many photos that day, my phone was full. The Monkey Temple gives the best panoramic views, and the monkeys make it funny. The old squares in Kathmandu and Patan are like photo sets with so many details in every corner. Boudhanath Stupa was perfect for some calm, wide-angle shots. If you like pictures and culture, this day tour is gold.

At Boudhanath Stupa, we tried spinning all the prayer wheels without stopping. By the end, we were dizzy but laughing the whole time. Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan had amazing temples. My favorite part was racing my friends at the prayer wheels. It was silly but so fun. Our guide was such a fun guy too!

Patan Durbar Square’s museum was really cool, with ancient statues and art. Boudhanath Stupa was super peaceful, and spinning the prayer wheels was fun.
