Your journey begins in Kathmandu, where our representative will assist you with your transfer to your hotel. On your first day(if possible), you will explore the holy city and visit important landmarks such as Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa.

On day Two, you will board a flight to Nepalgunj, located in the western part of Nepal. From there, you will take another flight to Simikot, followed by a helicopter ride to Hilsa, on the border between Nepal and Tibet.

After completing immigration formalities, you will be transferred to your hotel in Taklakot, Tibet. The next two days will be spent acclimatizing to the altitude and exploring the local area. In next following days, you will embark on a scenic drive to Lake Mansarovar, one of the holiest lakes in Tibet for Hindu regilious People.

On day Seven, you will embark on a trek to Dirapuk, the first leg of the Mount Kailash Parikrama. You will stay overnight in Dirapuk before continuing the trek to Zutul-puk, where you will stay overnight.

On day Nine, you will conclude the Mount Kailash Parikrama and return to Hilsa via Taklakot. You will then fly back to Nepalgunj and onwards to Kathmandu.

Itinerary

Day 1:
Arrival in Kathmandu (1300M)

Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by a representative of Himalayan 360 and transferred to your hotel. You will have the rest at the hotel or explore the city on your own.

Day 2:
Kathmandu Sightseeing and Fly to Nepalgunj (150m) – Overnight in Nepalgunj

After breakfast, you will start your day with a guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu, visiting important landmarks such as Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa (if we have enough time). In the afternoon, you will fly to Nepalgunj and spend the night there.

Day 3:
Fly Nepalgunj – Simikot (2900m) – Overnight in Simikot

After an early morning breakfast, you will take a flight to Simikot, where you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. You will spend the day acclimatizing to the altitude and exploring the local area.

Day 4:
Heli to Hilsa (3700m) and Drive to Taklakot (3900m) – Overnight in Taklakot

After breakfast, we will take a helicopter to Hilsa, a small village on the Nepal-Tibet border. We will complete immigration formalities and then drive to Taklakot, a bustling town in Tibet, where we will spend the night.

Day 5:
Acclimatization Day

Today is a rest day for acclimatization. You can explore the local area or rest and relax in preparation for the journey ahead.

Day 6:
Drive to Manasarovar Lake (4550m) – Overnight in Mansarovar

We will drive to Lake Mansarovar, one of the holiest lakes in Tibet. Upon arrival, we will around the lake and perform puja (worship) to seek blessings.

Day 7:
1st Day of Parikrama – Drive to Darchen (4650m) and Yama Dwar and Trek to Dirapuk (4880m) – Overnight in Dirapuk

Today marks the first day of Mount Kailash Parikrama. We will drive to Darchen and Yama Dwar, the starting point of the trek, and then trek to Dirapuk, where we will spend the night.

Day 8:
2nd Day of Parikrama – Trek Zuthulpuk (4670m) via Trek to Dolma La Pass (5700m) – Overnight in Zuthulpuk

We will start early in the morning and trek to Zuthulpuk via the challenging Dolma La Pass, which is situated at an altitude of 5700m. We will stay overnight in Zuthulpuk.

Day 9:
3rd Day of Parikrama – Trek to Darchen – Drive to Hilsa via Taklakot – Overnight in Hilsa / Simikot

Today, you will complete the Kailash Parikrama and make your way back to Hilsa/Simikot.

After finishing the third and final day of the parikrama, you will trek back to Darchen and then drive to Hilsa via Taklakot. From Hilsa, you will fly back to Simikot, where you will spend the night.

As you make your way back, you will be filled with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction at having completed the spiritual journey around Mount Kailash. You will have witnessed some of the most stunning landscapes in the world and gained insights into the culture and traditions of the local people.

Day 10:
Fly from Hilsa/Simikot to Nepalgunj and Fly back to Kathmandu – Overnight in Kathmandu

On day 10 of your Kailash Yatra by Heli from Kathmandu, you will bid farewell to the majestic land of Kailash and embark on your journey back to Kathmandu.

You will start the day with an early morning flight from Hilsa to Simikot and then on to Nepalgunj. From Nepalgunj, you will board another flight to Kathmandu, where you will spend your final night.

Upon reaching Kathmandu, you can take some time to relax and unwind before departing on the next day. You can explore the local markets and indulge in some souvenir shopping or simply relax in your hotel room and reminisce about the amazing experiences of the past 09 days.
