Everest Panorama Trek 07 Days is a short, easy trek which contains breathtaking views of world’s highest peaks. Visitors can enjoy the exciting panorama view of Mt. Everest that includes Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Thamserku, Mt. Ama Dablam and Mt. Everest itself. This trek is specially designed for visitors who are afraid to travel to extreme altitudes because of altitude sickness but also want to trek to Everest. This trek is also commonly known as Everest view trek. The best time for this trek is considered Spring and Autumn.

Everest Panorama Trek 07 Days introduces you to the Sherpa villages where you can be familiar with the lifestyle and the hospitality of the local people. You can enjoy their culture along with the great views of monasteries and mountains on your side. As the trek takes place inside the area of Sagarmatha National Park, you can also check out the varieties of flora and faunas.

Everest Panorama Trek 07 Days begins with a 30 minutes scenic flight to Lukla and then a trek to Phakding which leads to Namche Bazaar. You can acclimatize a day at Namche Bazaar exploring its natural beauty. Then you continue towards Tengboche with the great view of Nuptse, and Kantega on the way and return to Namche Bazaar. On the way to Namche Bazaar, you will come across the beautiful Khumjung village with monasteries. Then you march towards Lukla ending your trek. You will get to capture a lot of memories during this trek.

Itinerary

Day 1:
Flight from Kathmandu (1300m) to Lukla (2850m) and trek to Phakding (2620m)

At first, you will go to Lukla by the flight which goes on for 30 minutes. You will arrive at the lodging in Lukla and have some morning meals. On the off chance that you’ve hired a local porter, you will meet him. After the settlement, you will begin your hiking. From Lukla, you will go to the north from the runway to Chheplung (2670m). You should cross the Thadokoshi River(2550). Just after passing the bridge, you can see the Kusum Kanguru peak(6367m) which may be somewhat hard to climb. Far away from the Thadokoshi River, the path goes upwards to Ghat (2580m). During this journey, you can see the stones that are cut with Tibetan Buddhism’s six words which are known as Mani stones. You will proceed with the move to reach Phakding village which is appealing.

Day 2:
Phakding(2620m) to Namche Bazaar(3460m)

Today, through the path of Dudh Koshi river() alongside pine forests, you will begin the second day of your hike. You will cross the 5 suspension bridges on your approach to Namche. You can see the captivating village Banker Manjo(5364m), which is the headquarters of Sagarmatha National Park. Subsequent to going through the last bridge, you will proceed with a 2 hours climb. On the path, you will savour an interesting view of Mt Everest. At the entrance, you have to validate your permit. You will reach Jorsalle by climbing 15-20 minutes which is the last spot before Namche. Here you will have your lunch. At that point proceeding the trek you can see breathtaking views of Everest and Nuptse. A move through pine woods for 2 to 3 hours depending on your speed prompts the promising and attractive village of the Namche Bazaar.

Day 3:
Acclimatization and exploration in Namche Bazaar(3460m)

Today you will go on a climb around Namche Bazaar. Right off the bat, you will visit the Hillary museum. On the trail, you will see the Everest range which is considered one of the most mesmerizing viewpoints in the world. After half an hour, you will be proceeding with your journey to Syangboche Everest(3780m) view hotel where you can appreciate the impressive mountain views. You will be captivated by the clear range of Everest, Lhotse and different mountains. You will be enjoying your visit to the Syangboche landing strip(3780m) from where you will move towards Khunde(3840m) passing stone Buddhist Monuments. Then you will descend to Namche.

Day 4:
Namche Bazaar (3460m) to Tengboche(3860m)

Today you will proceed towards Tengboche. While heading to Tengboche, the view of Everest and Ama Dablam(6812m) is especially exceptionally good. You can take a look at the spotted deer and bright Himalayan birds, specifically Daphne which are otherwise called Nepal’s national birds. The path ascends to Sanasa(3600m) and descends towards Phunki Thenga (3190m). Then you will reach the rhododendron and pine forests followed by the hilltop village of Tengboche at 3870m . The scene is said to have impressive mountains like Everest, Nuptse, Kantega, Ama Dablam and many other peaks. During the hour of October and November, local individuals here observe Mani Rimdu celebrations during the full moon. You can likewise visit the religious monastery in the afternoon time.

Day 5:
Namche Bazaar (3460m) via Khumjung village(3790m)

After breakfast, you will descend down to Pungki Thanka and continue your hike towards Thame village where you get to visit friendly locales there. The hike takes about 4-5 hours. Then you will be climbing towards the steep way leading to Syangboche for 2 hours and then the path levels till Khumjung village where you can visit Hillary School and Khumjung monastery along with the peaks namely Kondge, Thamserku and Khumbila. Later you will take an easy route for descending down to Namche.

Overnight in Namche Bazaar

Day 6:
Namche Bazaar(3460m) to Lukla(2850m)

After breakfast, you will travel towards the Hillary suspension bridge and afterwards go through many villages nearby. The path leading to Lukla is flat and you will be descending approx. 600 meters. You will pass the Sagarmatha National Park and enjoy its scenic beauty. Then after you will reach Lukla at night.

Day 7:
Fly from Lukla(2850m) to Kathmandu(1400m)

After a tasty breakfast in Lukla, we will catch a 30 minutes flight back to Kathmandu which indicates the finish of your trek. You can likewise have a great view at the hour of your flight. Following 30 minutes you will land at Kathmandu Airport and straightforwardly go to the inn to get some rest.
