Day 01:Kathmandu to Sundarijal(1350m) to Chisapani(2215m)
Duration of time:7 hours
Today is the first day of our trek. After breakfast we take our private transport to Sundarijal .You will drive an hour to reach our trekking starting point. We will take off from the small market of Sundarijal which means a beautiful waterfall in Nepali. We will climb stone steps for 3hours. You will go through a waterfall, Tamang village, and a water dam from which drinking water is supplied to the Kathmandu valley. Your trek today is inside of the Shivapuri national park. It means you will get a chance to explore more nature and birds. For your lunch, you stop at the beautiful Tamang village. You then walk into the forest trail for another 3 hours enjoying peaceful nature. When you reach Borlang Bhanjang, you will see white himalayas of Mt. Langtang and Mt. Manaslu range. At the end you have to descend down for an hour to Chisapani village.

Day 02:Chisapani(2215m) to Kutumsang(2470m)
Duration of time:6 hours
You will wake up early for sunrise plus taking pictures of over eight thousand meters high Himalaya range. You will see Mt. Annapuna, Mt. Manaslu and Mt. Langtang. You will have breakfast then you leave from Chisopani to Kutumsang. Firstly you will be descending an hour then through the Tamang village, you will head uphill for a few hours in the forest trail. You will stop for lunch in Golphu Bhanjyang then head up to Kutumsang. You will have a mixed trail to reach Kutumsang. You will find oak ,pine, rhododendron forests along the way. When you reach Kutumsang, you will explore villages for a little time and have tea coffee. You can explore real Tamang culture in this village.

Day 03:Kutumsang(2470m) to Thadepati(3690m)
Duration of time:6 hours
After breakfast, we will march towards Thadepati for today’s destination. The trail is so quiet and peaceful for trekkers to enjoy nature. You must have to take enough water today since you have to walk a bit more. After a 4 hours trek, you will stop for Magengoth(3420m) for lunch and tea. You will now climb 1000m into the forest and you have enough time to take a rest in a lunch place. They will serve you Nepali and Tibetan style food. You will have another 3 hours to arrive at Thadepati. You are still in the jungle yet you will feel less oxygen in Thadepati. Thadepati is at the top of the hill and you can have a great view of white Himalaya from your guest house. You are at the highest place on this trek.

Day 04:Thadepati(3690m) to Tarke Ghyang(2600m)
Duration of time:7 hours
You will have breakfast with breathtaking Himalaya views. Today you will descend for the first few hours. You can enjoy nice forests and sweet birds chirp along the way. Sometimes you can also find snow in winter. You will hear. If you are lucky enough, we may find some wild animals in the area. When you finish your descent, you will cross the suspension bridge then your trail starts to go upwards for two hours then you will find such a beautiful Melamchi Gaun, Sherpa village. It is good to explore Sherpa culture in this village. You stop for lunch in this place. As you finish a good hot lunch, you again have to climb for another two hours to Tarke Ghyang. This village is famous for its monasteries. Ghyang means Monastery in Sherpa language. You will see more Buddhist culture followed in this place.

Day 05:Tarke Ghyang(2600m) to Sermathang(2590m)
Duration of time:4 hours
After having breakfast, you will set up from this place to Sermathhang. Today you are going to explore more local people’s lifestyles along the way. You will find how strongly people believe in Buddhism. You will find some Mani walls, Chortens and so much prayflag on the way. Today you will find this trail more enjoyable. Today you have a mixed trail and you will be in Sermathang for lunch. You can explore Sherpa house and decoration in your guest house or go for tea in local house. You will see kitchens decorated by copper pot and you will taste homemade slider and local Sherpa tea in this village. Some of the young Sherpa people there speak a little bit of English so you can chat about the village and ritual.

Day 06:Sermathang(2590m) to Melamchi(900m)
Duration of time:7 hours
Today you are going to trek mostly downhill to Melamchi. You will stop by a few places for a cup of tea and lunch break. You will find more cultivated land. Most people are dependent on farms here. You will pass through thick villages and meet cultural peoples living in this area. You find Hindus mostly. You can take plenty of pictures of Nepalese lifestyle and learn about them if you are interested. You will be walking for seven hours today. You will stop for lunch in Kakani. After leaving Kakani, you descend another 3 hours to Melamchi Bazaar.

Day 07:Drive from Melamchi(900m) to Kathmandu(1400m)
Duration of time:4 hours
Today you will finish the trek. So after breakfast you are going to drive with private transport to Kathmandu for four hours. You will be in Kathmandu at lunch time. You stop for a cup of tea and will be getting some breaks along the way. You will have a good chance to see the mountain from Dhulikhel. You will be in Kathmandu an hour from Dhulikhel.
